In-sale Service:

Installation: we will be responsible for the free installation and commissioning of the equipment you purchased, so that the machine can be put into use as soon as possible (accommodation, food and air tickets incurred abroad shall be borne by purchaser).

Training: with sheet metal processing machine operation and technical training center in headquarters, KRRASS will provide free equipment operation, maintenance and technical training for your technicians. After installation, commissioning and operation of the equipment, we can provide operators to continuous training and guidance on site according to your needs until your technicians could operate the machine independently.

After-sale Service:

Care and maintenance: two years free warranty and lifetime maintenance for your purchased products. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails and the parts are damaged (except for human factors and force majeure factors), our company will be responsible for the free repair, and replacement parts shall be provided by the company (except consumables).If warranty period is expired, the maintenance fee shall be charged at cost only.
